Al-young is the wife of Park Hyuk-geose, the king of Silla.
Records show that a dragon appeared in the well of Alyeongjeong, and Alyeong was born on the side of the dragon. Park Hyuk-geose is said to have been born in Al, and this part is also interpreted as the result of the story that Sakyamuni was born on the side of Mrs. Maya after the introduction of Buddhism in later generations.
A passing grandmother found that the baby's lips were the shape of a chicken's beak when she was born, but the beak fell out when she took a bath, and the baby was named Alyeong after the well of Alyeongjeong. This Alyeongjeong well is now in a remote place in the corner of Oneung Sungdeokjeon in Gyeongju, and is covered with three large canopy stones, and the well water is slightly visible through the stones. If you don't look closely, you can't see what a well it is. Many people mistake the pond as Alyeongjeong (閼英井) because a large rock written in Chinese characters was installed next to a large pond (Alyeongji). Although it is the place name where the word "welljeong" (井) is written in Chinese characters, if you type Alyeongjeong on Google, you will see a lot of images of the pond instead of the well.
Later, he was said to have excellent appearance and virtue while growing up, and when he turned 13, Hyukgeose ascended the throne and became Queen Al-yeong. Later, he gave birth to three sons and two daughters including Cha Cha Cha-woong in Namhae. Since then, people called Hyukgeose and Al-young the two saints (二) because of their poor behavior and good performance.
Just as the Dangun myth is interpreted as a bear totem tribe and a tiger totem tribe, the Tangui Tangui myth means that a tribe serving chicken totems appeared and combined with Park, an external migrant force.
In addition to the records of later literature, the Samguk Sagi and Samguk Yusa, there are paintings that seem to describe the birth of Al-Young in the stone of Cheonjeon-ri, Ulju left by the Silla people. Al-Young is the one who seems to be in the two dragons and eggs below the left side of the painting (horse and child) that appears to be the birth story of Park Hyuk-geose.
There is a myth in the Samguk Yusa that Park Hyuk-geose passed away shortly after he ascended, and when he tried to put them together, a large snake appeared and disturbed them, and eventually buried them separately to become Oreung.
