102. Korean food...Noodle
Noodle.
About a handful of anchovies and 5 centimeters of kelp, I added two slices of onion, two slices of green onion, and half pieces of moo. You can make them with anchovies and kelp alone. The broth tastes better with radish, green onion and onion. It's refreshing, too.
When the water boils over high heat, take out the kelp and boil it over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. And season with 1 tbsp of soy sauce. When I added 1400ml, it was just 1 tbsp.
Slice the carrots and pumpkins and saute them lightly in a frying pan. I've also seasoned them a little.
Beat 1 egg evenly and cook in a frying pan over low heat. It doesn't matter if you make separate whites and yolks. I've mixed them and prepared a long jidan. Make them to your taste.
Please make the sauce. I made it with 4 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 0.5 tbsp minced green onion, 1 tbsp plum extract, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp sesame seed. It's wrong for everyone to make the sauce. This is the golden recipe for the sauce that suits my taste. If you don't have enough, you can adjust it to your taste.
Boil the noodles in boiling water. The amount of 500 won coins is for one person, so you can match the amount. It overflows when it boils. If you boil it by adding a little bit of cold water, the noodles will become chewy. It doesn't overflow, and it's perfect. Usually, the noodle bag says to boil it for 4 minutes. If you boil it by pouring a little bit of cold water, I think about 6 minutes will cook just right.
